Some airlines, such as Ryanair and Wizzair, use Beauvais Airport, which is quite far from Paris - about 70-80 kilometers. I will give you detailed information on how to get from these airports to Paris and back. I will offer you several options (bus, train, minibus, taxi), and you will have to make the choice yourself.
Orly Airport is located in Ile-de-France. It is 15 kilometers from Paris. Opening hours: 6:00-23:30. There are several ways to get to the capital from here. I will introduce you to each of them.
Transfer between the airport and Place Denfert-Rochereau every 8-15 minutes. Travel time 25-30 minutes. Departure time to the airport is 05:35-00:00, to the city - 06:00-00:30. Tickets can be purchased from machines located at stations, in the metro, at ticket offices, RER stations or from the driver on board the bus. The ticket costs 11.50 euros.
Duration of the trip:
- from Châtelet-Les-Halles – 25 minutes;
- from Gare de Lyon – 23 minutes;
- from Saint-Denis Pleyel — 40 minutes.
The full cost of one electronic ticket is 10.30 euros. The ticket can only be loaded onto the Easy Pass or a smartphone. Forfait Navigo is also accepted.
Runs between the airport and Villejuif-Louis Aragon (metro line 7) every 8-15 minutes. Travel time is 30 minutes. Opening hours: 05:30-00:30. Tickets can be purchased from machines located at stations. The ticket price is 2.50 euros.
Connects Orly Airport and Gare d'Antony (RER B station).
Opening hours: 06:00-23:35. Tickets can be purchased from machines located at metro and RER stations. Runs every 4-7 minutes. Travel time is 35 minutes. The ticket price is 14.50 euros.
Orly Airport is also served by several buses and shuttles and connects it to the RER B, RER C lines and the tram T9:
- RER C + Shuttle bus 183 - these two types of transport will take you to the Thiais–Orly station of metro line 14.
The journey takes about 50 minutes. The ticket costs 7.50 euros (5 euros for the train and 2.50 euros for the bus).

- EXPRESS BUS 91-10 – this express bus connects Orly Airport with Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines train station.

If you arrive at Orly airport at night, night bus №31 will take you to Paris to Lyon station, night bus №22 - to Chatelet. Ticket price - 2.15 euros, from the driver - 2.50 euros.
Paris Charles de Gaulle International Airport, also known as Roissy-Charles de Gaulle (abbreviated CDG), is located 25 kilometers from Paris in the Ile-de-France region. If you arrive at Charles de Gaulle Airport at night, Night bus №140 will take you to Gare de l'Est station. Tickets can be purchased from the driver. Here you will take the TER (Train Express Régional) train, which will take you to the Gare du Nord in Paris (Gare du Nord stop on the metro and Magenta station on the RER). A train ticket costs 10 euros. The train runs every half hour from 06:00 to 20:00. The journey takes 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- By bus - if you decide to travel by bus, you should use the Navette or Supershuttle Take advantage.
The Aerobus leaves the airport every 20-25 minutes and the journey to Paris takes 1 hour 15 minutes. In the capital, it stops at the metro station of line 1 Porte Maillot. The electric train RER also stops there. A ticket, which can be bought at the airport ticket offices or machines, will cost you 16.90 euros.
If you choose the minibus Supershuttle, you will have to pay 19.20 for the same time and the same route (to the stop Saint-Denis Université).
