 German cuisine and dishes

The main feature of German cuisine is a large number of meat dishes. Pork is used here in all varieties - from frying to sausages. Traditional German cuisine is not particularly dietary. Germans love to eat like gluttons. And in general, German national dishes are rich in richness and fat content. But you must try them, because you will never forget their taste. Dresden Stollen (Dresdner Stollen) - dish XV centuries. Ingredients: flour, walnuts, marzipan, raisins, candied fruits, spices:



Sauerbraten - literally - “sour fried meat”. Ingredients: beef or pork, wine vinegar, red wine, spices:
